Yesterday was perfect beach weather.
But I had work to do, so dutifully loaded up the kiln for a bisque firing, and slipcast a few more pieces. Things were going well!!
UNTIL I unloaded the kiln, and realised that all my pieces had been overfired!! I had accidentally set the wrong programme.
Today was also perfect beach weather, BUT I had to redo all the pieces that I had over fired.
A lesson to be learnt!!!
